Benevolent Care

Integrated care at home and in the community

One team for care, coordination and allied health.

Benevolent Care brings case management, support coordination, support work and an in-house allied health team together around the person—not around separate services.

How we can help

Practical services, coordinated around real life.

People rarely need only one isolated service. Our model is designed so the people involved in support, coordination and therapy can communicate clearly and work toward shared priorities.

Case management

Clarifying needs, organising services, communicating with families and care teams, and keeping the plan practical as circumstances change.

Support coordination

Helping participants understand their supports, connect with providers and build confidence in using available services and funding.

Learn about support coordination

Support work

Respectful assistance with personal routines, domestic tasks, appointments, community participation and everyday independence.

In-house allied health

Home and community-based physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology and dietetics delivered by our own multidisciplinary team.

Meet the allied health model

One coordinated model

Less fragmentation. Clearer communication.

Benevolent Care is built around one simple idea: the person and family should not have to hold every part of the system together alone.

Where services are provided by different members of our team, we aim to define roles clearly, share relevant information appropriately and keep goals aligned. Consent, privacy and each professional’s scope remain central.

Why Benevolent Care

  1. 01

    Listen

Understand what matters, what is difficult and who is already involved.

  2. 02

    Plan

Agree on priorities, roles, communication and the next practical steps.

  3. 03

    Coordinate

Connect the right supports and reduce avoidable duplication or gaps.

  4. 04

    Review

Check progress and adjust when needs, goals or circumstances change.

Who we support

Care that starts with the person, not a category.

We welcome conversations with individuals, families, carers and professionals seeking coordinated support in the home or community.

Older people at home

Practical help that supports safety, routine, function, connection and independence.

NDIS participants

Goal-focused support and coordination, with service suitability confirmed before commencement.

Families and carers

Clear communication, shared planning and a reliable point of contact.

Professional referrers

A responsive pathway for case managers, care partners, support coordinators and health professionals.

Service availability, eligibility and funding arrangements vary. We confirm scope, capacity and funding compatibility during intake.

Our in-house allied health team

Clinical expertise that connects with everyday support.

Our clinicians work in the environments where daily life happens. This helps recommendations remain practical and makes communication with the broader care team easier.

Physiotherapy

Mobility, strength, balance, falls, pain and rehabilitation.

Occupational therapy

Daily function, home safety, equipment and participation.

Speech pathology

Communication and swallowing assessment and support.

Dietetics

Nutrition, weight, health conditions and practical food strategies.

For families and individuals

Start with a conversation.

You do not need to know the exact service title before contacting us. Tell us what is happening, what you hope to change and how you are currently funded. We will explain the next appropriate step.

Make an enquiry

For referrers and care teams

A clear pathway to check fit and capacity.

We will clarify service scope, location, capacity, communication expectations and the secure referral pathway before sensitive documents are exchanged.

Referral information

Common questions

Useful answers before you contact us.

Our team will confirm the details that apply to your circumstances during intake.

Do you provide services at home?

Our model is designed around home and community-based support. Location and clinician availability are confirmed before a service is accepted.

Do you have your own allied health team?

Yes. Benevolent Care’s model includes an in-house multidisciplinary allied health team rather than treating allied health as an external add-on.

Can I use NDIS or aged-care funding?

Funding use depends on your plan or program, service type, provider arrangements and current requirements. We will confirm compatibility before services begin and will not represent a registration or approval status that has not been formally confirmed.

Can a family member or professional contact you?

Yes. Individuals, authorised family members, carers and professional referrers can make an initial enquiry. We will confirm consent and authority before discussing personal information.

Do you offer Chinese-language support?

This website is available in English and Traditional Chinese. Cantonese or Mandarin communication may be arranged subject to staff availability and the service required.
